Save $490 on the Galaxy S25 Edge
$490 off (40%)
The Galaxy S25 Edge is back to its lowest price on Amazon! Right now, the premium and ultra-thin smartphone is down by $490 — just like on Prime Day. But now, the sale is available to everyone!
Buy at Amazon
This deal, by the way, beats Samsung’s own ongoing offer — and by $290, no less! Sure, you can also trade in an eligible device, but the maximum trade-in discount available is $530 right now. Obviously, that’s not dramatically bigger than Amazon’s offer. And the e-commerce giant isn’t making you spare an old device in good condition, so…With its 5.8mm profile, this Samsung phone is meant to catch the eye. But it’s not just the slim design that impresses. The device also packs top-tier performance with its Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, which provides immense potential for all sorts of tasks. As you can see from our Galaxy S25 Edge review, it scores just a bit lower than the S25+ on benchmark tests, but you’ll still get excellent performance.
True to its Samsung flagship nature, this bad boy also features a superb display. Measuring 6.7 inches, featuring AMOLED technology for vivid colors, and excellent brightness levels, it’s a real feast for the eyes. The camera is another highlight. This Android phone has a 200MP main lens, capturing excellent colors and great detail.
By now, you’re probably wondering where’s the tradeoff? Well, it’s the battery size: 3,900mAh under the hood sounds pretty unimpressive for a flagship phone. But our in-house tests actually show it will last you nearly 17 hours with nonstop browsing, which isn’t half bad at all.
All things considered, the Galaxy S25 Edge is a pretty great choice for dedicated Samsung fans. And now, it’s back at 40% off its original price, making it a much smarter pick. Get yours and save $490 with this epic limited-time sale.

Motorola’s iPhone Air and Galaxy S25 Edge challenger will put their batteries to shame
Motorola has officially revealed a giant battery for the Edge 70
The first bit of information shared by the company is that the Edge 70 will have a 4,800 mAh battery. According to a teaser page on Motorola’s Bulgarian site, the device will feature a silicon-carbon battery, and it’ll support 68W charging. Further down, the legal notices section includes more details about the phone, which are not mentioned on the page. According to them, the Motorola Edge 70 will have an IP68/IP69 rating and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. The page also mentions versions with 8GB and 12GB RAM, a Gorilla Glass 7i, and Dolby Atmos.
Part of the notes is also a notice about Circle to Search and clarification that moto AI features will be available in nine languages. Those are:
- English
- Spanish
- Portuguese
- Japanese
- German
- French
- Polish
- Romanian
- Italian
A formidable challenger

Motorola Edge 70 is rumored to measure 5.8 mm, which would match the thickness of the Galaxy S25 Edge. However, Samsung’s device has a rather humble 3,900 mAh battery on board. Apple’s iPhone Air has an even smaller battery with 3,149 mAh capacity, and it’s 5.6 mm thick.
Unlike Apple and Samsung, the Edge 70 won’t feature a flagship processor, and it may rely on a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. However, its price still seems to be unknown. A listing at one Italian retailer has a price of €709, but another one has it for €801.91.
Ultra slim for the masses
While the Motorola Edge 70 is surely not aiming to provide the flagship experience that Apple and Samsung are offering, it will be the first more affordable slim smartphone on the global market. That could turn out to be crucial for the future of smartphones.

Feast your eyes on the sub-6mm Motorola Edge 70 in a newly leaked promo video!
Is this the Moto X70 Air or the Motorola Edge 70?
If that’s the case and Blass managed to get his hands on official promotional material for the Motorola Edge 70 already, the chances of seeing the phone take on the aforementioned Galaxy S25 Edge and iPhone Air in countries like India, various European markets, and perhaps even the US in 2025 are all of a sudden pretty solid.

It may not be thinner than an iPhone Air, but the Edge 70 is still impressively slim. | Image Credit — Evan Blass on X
That means very few technical details are etched in stone, although if you look closely, you’ll notice that the Pantone Lily Pad colorway rumored a few days ago is now essentially confirmed, and the same goes for a primary 50MP rear-facing camera with optical image stabilization.
Can Motorola provide stiff competition for Samsung and Apple?
That’s definitely way too early to tell, but the first signs are undeniably promising, starting with a vague but thrilling “sub-6mm” waist prediction from the man, the legend Evan Blass.

The Edge 70 is unlikely to rival the camera capabilities of the S25 Edge or iPhone Air, and that’s okay with me. | Image Credit — Evan Blass on X
But once again, this is unlikely to be a true rivalry, as Motorola’s first ultra-thin handset… of the last few years is almost definitely not a costly flagship. If the Edge 60 is any indication, this bad boy could be priced at around €500 ($585) in Europe with 12GB RAM, 512GB storage, and… the biggest battery that can possibly be squeezed into that sleek and elegant body.
In addition to Pantone Lily Pad, the Motorola Edge 70 is today depicted in “Gadget Gray” and “Bronze Green” hues, but even though those are all very eye-catching and nice, it’s not clear if any of them will use the company’s signature vegan leather finish or go the more conventional shiny glass route.
Just how excited should you be here?
Yes, I’d love to see the Edge 60‘s MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC replaced with a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset (ideally, a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4), but because that wish is unlikely to come true, I’ll just focus on dreaming of a stylish and unusually robust Edge 70 with a 5,000mAh or so battery under the hood and a sub-$500 price point in the US. I know, that’s also hard to pull off for Motorola, but not impossible. Not in my (dream) world, at least.

We don’t have a clear winner between the iPhone Air and the Galaxy S25 Edge
The first benchmarks for the iPhone Air have started showing up on Geekbench, revealing that Apple has kept its promise to provide top-tier performance for the ultra-slim device. The single-core score of the iPhone Air ranges from 3,206 to over 3,700 points, and the multi-core score is between 8,546 and 9,737 points in different runs.Comparing that to the results of the Galaxy S25 Edge makes for an interesting journey. Samsung’s ultra-slim phone has been available for months, so there is more data on Geekbench’s database. However, the single-core scores from the last few days range from 1,579 to 3,205, and the multi-core scores go as low as 6,564 and as high as 10,102.
Keep in mind that many people own a Galaxy S25 Edge and are running tests in all sorts of conditions. Once the iPhone Air reaches its first owners, it is likely to see a similarly wide range of scores. Even with that in mind, the S25 Edge outperforms the iPhone Air in its best multi-core tests and lags in the single-core tests. That doesn’t tell the full story, though.
Which phone do you want to appear faster?

The iPhone Air of Schrödinger is faster and slower than the Galaxy S25 Edge. | Image Credit – Apple
If we compare the average scores of all available iPhone Air tests and the averages of all Galaxy S25 Edge since September 9, Apple is clearly doing better. In fact, the difference between the average scores looks jarring.
| Best score | Average score | |
|---|---|---|
| iPhone Air (single-core) | 3,736 | 3,642 |
| Galaxy S25 Edge (single-core) | 3,205 | 2,634 |
| iPhone Air (multi-core) | 9,737 | 9,496 |
| Galaxy S25 Edge (multi-core) | 10,102 | 8,818 |
Before Samsung fans get mad, I need to clarify that with a bit of cherry picking, we can make either of the devices look superior. And that’s the main issue with such comparisons – they’re rarely representative of how the devices perform in real life.
There’s something more important
Looking at the scores, the only thing I can safely say is that both phones are fast. I don’t think any of them would stumble with any task. What’s left to see is how the iPhone Air holds up under sustained load, which is probably more important than the peak performance.

Motorola Edge (2024) + $349.99 gift
Right now, Motorola bundles its Edge (2024) with a free Lenovo Tab Plus, making its mid-ranger way more attractive. Although you’d have to pay full price for the smartphone, the official store lets you trade in an eligible device and unlock a discount. Don’t miss out.

$250 off (45%)
If you’d rather get a discount on your next mid-range phone instead of a free tablet, head over to Amazon. Right now, the e-commerce giant lets you save $250 on the Edge (2024), knocking it just under $300.
Buy at Amazon
Granted, there’s no price cut on the smartphone, but you can still unlock some savings with eligible device trade-ins. Truth be told, this promo is worth considering even without the trade-in credit. After all, you’re saving $349.99 on a tablet the whole family can use. Don’t really like this bundle offer? No worries. You can get the Edge (2024) at Amazon for just under $300 — 45% off its original price. This mid-ranger certainly isn’t the hottest option out there, but it’s still a proper device worth your attention. It features a fantastic 6.6-inch OLED display with excellent brightness levels and up to a 120Hz refresh rate. With HDR10+ support and a sharp FHD+ resolution, this fella delivers a fantastic visual experience.
The Motorola phone is also quite durable. It has an IP68 rating and Gorilla Glass 3 protection for solid protection against scratches. And with such high water and dust resistance, an accidental drop in water shouldn’t do major damage. When it comes to performance, this device is no benchmark winner, as evident in our Edge (2024) review. Of course, raw numbers don’t tell the full picture, and you’ll find its Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip more than decent for everyday use. Expect no stutter while navigating the UI and even some gaming potential, albeit at lowered settings.
At the end of the day, the Edge (2024) might be easy to overlook when it’s not on sale, but now that it’s bundled with a fantastic $349.99 gift, it’s more than worth checking out. Get yours and score a free Lenovo Tab Plus while Motorola’s promo lasts.

Tim Cook took us by the hand on a magic carpet ride and got us singing “A whole new phone!” In a year when many expected only small, predictable upgrades, this balance of design and power feels like a deliberate push to reignite excitement around the iPhone lineup.
By undercutting Samsung on price and beating it on thinness, Apple has positioned the Air as more than just another mid-tier option. It is being framed as the sleekest iPhone yet, one that challenges the idea that a cheaper phone has to compromise on cutting-edge performance. Those twin advantages could give Apple exactly the spark it needs heading into the most competitive stretch of the smartphone calendar.
Apple introduced the iPhone Air as its slimmest handset ever, measuring just 5.6 millimeters, slightly thinner than Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge at 5.8 millimeters. The pricing also delivers a direct challenge, coming in $100 below Samsung’s launch price: $999 vs $1,099.
Great expectations

Analysts believe this gives Apple an opening to win over cost-conscious buyers, especially since the Air effectively takes the place of the iPhone Plus, which already made up a steady share of Apple’s shipments. On the inside, it runs the A19 Pro processor, a chip built to handle artificial intelligence tasks, while its titanium frame and ceramic shield glass were highlighted for added durability.
I heard loud claps the moment it [the iPhone Air] was announced.
– Gaurav Chaudhary, a YouTuber known as “Technical Guruji”, for Reuters, September 2025
The reception at Apple’s Cupertino event was unusually lively, with applause breaking out the moment the Air was unveiled. Observers such as tech creators who attended in person described the device as strikingly thin and polished, even after months of leaks hinting at its design.
Yet for all its polish, the iPhone Air comes with trade-offs. The slimmer build means the battery is smaller, and Apple’s assurance of all-day life will need to be proven under real-world conditions. This is a real concern.
There is also the matter of optics: the Air carries only a single rear camera, a step back compared to the dual-camera setup of the regular iPhone 17 and the triple-lens systems on the Pro models.
These decisions make efficiency and software optimization critical, and Apple will be leaning heavily on its custom chip design to convince buyers that performance and longevity have not been sacrificed in the pursuit of thinness.
A potential hit
Even with those questions, many analysts see the iPhone Air as a potential bestseller.
The combination of design novelty and a lower price point could encourage upgrades from long-time iPhone owners, while also helping Apple regain momentum in markets like China, where slimmer phones from local rivals have gained ground.
Commentators noted that the Air feels reminiscent of the original MacBook Air reveal, which set a new standard for portability and engineering. In the same way, this phone could mark a reinvention moment for Apple – and Apple needs such a moment so badly.

Generous deal turns the Motorola Edge (2024) into the most powerful phone below $200
Just like Motorola’s latest mid-ranger, the Edge (2024) is discounted at both the official store and Amazon, but with a massive $250 price drop, bringing it below the $300 mark. And if you have a phone to trade, you could slash an additional $100 off by trading it in with Motorola. The tech giant claims that most trade-ins qualify for a $100 discount, so chances are high you could save that amount by parting with your old smartphone.

Motorola Edge (2024): Save $250 on Amazon!

Alternatively, you can score a brand-new Motorola Edge (2024) on Amazon, where the phone is selling for $250 off as well.

Sure, our friend here may be an older device, but it still holds its ground, making it an absolute steal. For instance, it comes equipped with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset and 8GB of RAM, delivering speedy performance on a phone that could be yours for less than $200. In fact, we even managed to run demanding games like League of Legends: Wild Rift during our in-depth review, so it’s probably the most powerful phone under $200 right now.
We were also quite pleased with its gorgeous 6.6-inch P-OLED display featuring a 2400 x 1080 resolution and HDR support. The screen delivers beautiful visuals that you rarely see on phones below the $200 mark. To top it all off, there’s a high 144Hz refresh rate, making scrolling a breeze.
Of course, since this is a mid-range phone, the area where it falls short is the camera department. Yet you still get a capable 50MP main unit on board, which takes pretty decent photos even though it can’t rival the best camera phones on the market.
So, should you buy the Motorola Edge (2024)? Well, you definitely should get one while it’s still available for up to $350 off. Just don’t wait around too long, as you never know when these unmissable deals may become a thing of the past.

The Galaxy S26 Edge leaks out in all its ultra-thin glory with a… questionable design choice
Wasp waist, big hump, and a lot of responsibility on one phone’s shoulders

Are we looking at an unconventional or a straight-up ugly phone here?
What else do we know about the Galaxy S26 Edge?
Apart from some of the cosmetic details made obvious and pretty much etched in stone by today’s leak, like a centered hole punch front-facing camera, reasonably thin (and uniform) screen bezels, and rounded corners, the S25 Edge‘s direct sequel (and the S25 Plus’s indirect follow-up) is also likely to measure an unsurprising 6.7 inches in display diagonal.

That 5.5mm profile is clearly a winner.
More interestingly, today’s Android Headlines report (which is all but guaranteed to prove 100 percent reliable if history is any indication) claims the Galaxy S26 Edge will feature built-in magnets for full Qi2 wireless charging support.

The screen size is expected to circle 6.7 inches.
